Promoting Wellbeing from the High Street
We all need 'me time.' Time to relax, rewind and recharge.
And many, if not the majority of people require guidance or support at some point in life.
Admitting to needing direction or support has historically been viewed as a flaw or weakness. In fact it's called life.
Life naturally brings with it disappointments, stressors, hurdles, dilemmas and sometimes, traumas. For everyone. Sometimes we have the resources readily available to us. At other times we don't. And knowing what course of action to take, or even where to start can be tricky, if not overwhelming.
We aim to provide the people of Mirfield and surrounding areas with accessible resources and guidance to navigate and address personal stressors, dilemmas or distress.
We endeavour to promote free local services or resources wherever possible.
