Our story

With 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I work with young people and adults across a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, emotional and behavioural dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and eating-related concerns. I am registered with BUPA, Aviva, and AXA Health, and fully DBS checked.

Before therapy begins, I take the time to develop a thorough understanding of your challenges, using formal assessment where helpful, so we can shape a plan around your needs and goals.
